柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組發(fā)生散熱器溢流原因可能是噴油器水封套密閉不嚴(yán)或開裂。噴油器與氣缸蓋中間有隔水套。防水套管與水道聯(lián)接，并用橡膠密封圈密閉。長(zhǎng)期操作后，氣缸蓋水套與氣缸蓋連接處會(huì)因?yàn)槔吓f化而產(chǎn)生細(xì)小裂痕，或因橡膠老舊化而密閉不好。燃燒后的混合物通過微小的縫隙滲入水道，使散熱器中的水外溢。

　　The reason of radiator overflow in generator may be that the water jacket
of the injector is not tightly sealed or cracked. There is a water barrier. The
waterproof casing is connected to the waterway and sealed with a rubber sealing
ring. After long-term operation, the connection between the cylinder head water
jacket and the cylinder head will have small cracks due to aging, or the sealing

　　冷油器問題可能有2種狀況：The oil cooler may have 2 problems :

　　散熱器芯有裂痕或砂眼;The radiator core has cracks or blisters;

　　散熱器芯與缸體油道接口處密封膠圈不嚴(yán)實(shí)。這樣子，油便會(huì)進(jìn)到水內(nèi)，過多的油進(jìn)到水之后從散熱器中外溢(這種易于分辨，由于有機(jī)油會(huì)隨水從散熱器中外溢，油只能越來越少而并不會(huì)質(zhì)變)。散熱器的下水管道室由多個(gè)管道聯(lián)接。假如由于操作不當(dāng)，散熱器積垢較多,管道易于堵住;柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，部分水經(jīng)過水泵進(jìn)到小循環(huán)，另部分進(jìn)到散熱器給水室?？墒牵捎谂涔艿蓝伦?，水從給水室外溢。在此，分別觸摸散熱器的上方和下方時(shí)，會(huì)看到有顯著的溫度差異。拆裝時(shí)，只需拆裝散熱器并疏通下方配管道即可;或在散熱器里加醋，讓柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行5分鐘，隨后換水。經(jīng)過幾次循環(huán)，散熱器基本可以清洗干凈。

the top and bottom of the radiator,you will feel a significant temperature
difference. When disassembling, just disassemble and assemble the radiator and
unblock the pipes below; or add vinegar to the radiator, let the engine run for
5 minutes, and then change the water. After several cycles, the radiator can
basically be cleaned.
